Revolution Continuous Feed Food Processor with 2 Discs - 1 hp
Cut down on prep time while cutting and mixing a variety of ingredients with the Avantco Revolution CFP342D 1 hp continuous feed commercial food processor! With 1 hp, this robust unit packs the requisite power to handle large quantities of fruits and vegetables. Additionally, the pulse button makes processing food even faster and easier, since you can pulse until your desired consistency is achieved. Its build includes a durable base with nonskid feet for secure use, while its direct drive motor with stainless steel motor shaft and stainless steel blades will hold up to the demands of commercial operations.
The CFP342D comes with a continuous feed attachment to further increase prep speed, as well as a 5/32" slicing disc, a 5/64" grating disc, and a plastic ejector disc for improved flexibility. The continuous feed attachment, which has a 6" x 3" kidney opening and 2" cylindrical opening, is ideal for processing vegetables like cucumbers, carrots, celery, and other similar product. The kidney chute, which has an included pusher, is equipped with a magnetic failsafe that automatically shuts down the motor when the pusher is removed. As an added safety precaution, the blades will not spin unless the continuous feed is completely locked in place.
The AvaMix CFP342D is easy to control, as it has a simple on/off switch located conveniently on the side. It's also compact in size, measuring just 10" x 12" x 18 1/2", which makes it suitable for establishments that have limited counterspace. And because it disassembles, you can easily store it away when not use. The food processor requires a 120V connection for operation.

Overall, you get what you pay for! A lot cheaper than Robot Coupe CL50 but also not as good. The attachment has broke twice in the same spot. Webstaurant, great service as usual sent me a warranty replacement but the second time it fell outside the warranty. Trying to decide to purchase a replacement attachment or buy the Robot Coupe CL50. I believe metal attachment option with a metal hinge could fix my problem.
