Its build includes a durable base with nonskid feet for secure use, while its direct drive motor with stainless steel motor shaft and stainless steel blades will hold up to the demands of commercial operations.
With a 1 hp motor, this robust unit packs the requisite power to handle large quantities of fruits, vegetables, sauces, and soups. Additionally, the pulse button makes processing food even faster and easier, since you can pulse until your desired consistency is achieved.
The CFBB342DG comes with a continuous feed attachment to further increase prep speed and a plastic ejector disc for improved flexibility. The continuous feed attachment, which has a 6" x 3" kidney opening and 2" cylindrical opening, is ideal for processing vegetables like cucumbers, carrots, celery, and other similar products.
This food processor comes with a magnetically sealing clear lid for its 3 qt. batch bowl. The lid features an opening making it easy to monitor processing and add ingredients.
The blades will automatically stop when the lid's magnet disengages to ensure safe use for the operator. Plus, the blade will not spin until the lid is shut and the bowl is locked in place.
The AvaMix CFBB348DG is easy to control, as it has a simple on/off switch located conveniently on the side. It's also compact in size, which makes it suitable for establishments that have limited counterspace. And because it disassembles, you can easily store it away when not use.

So far impressed with this product. Haven't figured out how to do green peppers nicely, but overall great product for the price, quick and impressed with the decibel level as well. Wish they would just come up with a price for all blades to be included.

Purchased this item with some reservation as it is pretty new to the market. I couldn't find much information about it. My findings so far: I have a robotcoup CL50 which is a fantastic product. I wanted this because it had a smaller footprint with similar power at a third of the cost. So far I am extraordinarily pleased. It is light weight (when you compare it to the CL50) it fits well under prep-table and has excellent power. It is a bit more difficult to assemble and change blades but very minor. For smaller batches of items needing prep it is excellent but can clearly handle lager volumes if needed. I do wish that it had a dicing attachment available. The food processor attachment is solid. I have used it for dough, tough meat puree and dry grain masticating and it hasn't struggled once. Clean up is a snap. So far I am completely satisfied especially when considering its cost. I fully expect to see Avamix prices go up as more and more discover its value.
