With a 1 hp motor, this robust unit packs the requisite power to handle large quantities of fruits, vegetables, sauces, and soups. Additionally, the pulse button makes processing food even faster and easier, since you can pulse until your desired consistency is achieved. Its build includes a durable base with nonskid feet for secure use, while its direct drive motor with stainless steel motor shaft and stainless steel blades will hold up to the demands of commercial operations. The CFBB342DG comes with a continuous feed attachment to further increase prep speed, as well as a 5/32" slicing disk, a 5/64" grating disc, S-blade, and a plastic ejector disk for improved flexibility. The continuous feed attachment, which has a 6" x 3" kidney opening and 2" cylindrical opening, is ideal for processing vegetables like cucumbers, carrots, celery, and other similar products.
The 3 qt. bowl comes with an opening to monitor processing progress and add ingredients when necessary. The lid magnetically seals, and the blades will automatically stop when the magnet disengages to ensure safe use for the operator. Additionally, the blade will not spin until the lid is shut and the bowl is locked in place. The 3 qt. gray ABS plastic bowl holds plenty of product at once while remaining easy to clean.
The AvaMix CFBB342DG is easy to control, as it has a simple on/off switch located conveniently on the side. It's also compact in size, measuring just 10" x 12" x 18 1/2", which makes it suitable for establishments that have limited counterspace. And because it disassembles, you can easily store it away when not use. The food processor requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.

So far impressed with this product. Haven't figured out how to do green peppers nicely, but overall great product for the price, quick and impressed with the decibel level as well. Wish they would just come up with a price for all blades to be included.
