With an efficient 1-speed, 3/4 hp motor and 600W of power, this unit operates at 1,750 RPM and is ideal for low-volume, light-duty processing tasks. This unit includes a pulse button, so you can quickly and easily process food to the desired consistency. Its build includes a durable base with nonskid feet for secure use, while its direct drive motor with stainless steel motor shaft and stainless steel blades will hold up to the demands of commercial operations. This unit comes with a continuous feed attachment and discharge plate to further increase prep speed, as well as a 5/32" slicing disc and 5/64" grating / shredding disc for added versatility.
This food processor is easy to control with simple on / off and pulse buttons. The included pusher has a removable inner pusher, which is great for processing smaller or slender product such as celery stalks. It's also perfect for small-batch slicing and grating. The safety interlocking feature ensures the blades won't spin unless the feed attachment is secured and the pusher is engaged, ensuring safe use for the operator. Its compact design makes it suitable for establishments with limited counterspace. This unit can be quickly disassembled, making it easy to store away when not in use. It requires a 120V, 1 phase connection for operation.
