This machine is a work horse. I've had it a week now and I love it. Cleanup is pretty fast as the cutting blades and top plate all detach from the unit. The surfaces are all stainless steel. The safety features are also spot on. This processor can dice 100 pounds of potatoes in 5 minutes. It slices a weeks worth of pickled Jalapenos in under two minutes. It will be in my kitchen for years to come.

La producción en nuestro negocio ha avanzado mucho; con la adquisición de el AvaMix CFP5D. Todo lo realizabamos a mano. Al adquirir el equipo, estamos previniendo accidents de cortaduras. Me encanta que el equipo no tiene piezas plasticas como algunos otros procesadores de alimento. Es super rápido y sobre todo facil de limpiar.
