The CFP features a 3/4 hp motor to power through any task. It is simple to operate with an intuitive on / off control system that takes all the guesswork out of training. Since there are no settings or specialized control panels to memorize, it makes it easy for employees to learn how to use the machine.
For premium versatility, this food processor comes with a variety of discs. With the ability to slice, grate, shred, and dice, this processor gives near-limitless prep options while saving valuable time.
Discs are easily changed thanks to the simple design, and the included pusher lets you make sure every bit of food is chopped in each batch.
A 2" cylindrical hopper processes long, thin products like carrots or celery. For larger, bulkier items, use the 6" x 3" kidney-shaped hopper.
The durable cast aluminum body stands up to the rigors of a commercial kitchen, while also ensuring easy cleaning at the end of the day.
For safe use, it comes with a built-in safety mechanism that stops the motor when the large pusher is opened more than 12" above the hopper opening. A plunger for the cylinder-shaped feed tube also helps to reduce the risk of injury by keeping fingers away from the cutting area.

This machine is a work horse. I've had it a week now and I love it. Cleanup is pretty fast as the cutting blades and top plate all detach from the unit. The surfaces are all stainless steel. The safety features are also spot on. This processor can dice 100 pounds of potatoes in 5 minutes. It slices a weeks worth of pickled Jalapenos in under two minutes. It will be in my kitchen for years to come.
