How to Purchase

  • We do not sell direct to customers, so please visit one of our distribution partners to place an order.

  • Due to an exclusive partnership with WebstaurantStore and The Restaurant Store, AvaMix is not setting up new distribution accounts. Our online distribution partner WebstaurantStore can assist resellers in fulfilling an order for customers.

  • Common replacement parts can be located by clicking the “Parts & Accessories” button on our homepage or by visiting the page of your model on our site. You may also reference your manual for part numbers. Please contact your authorized dealer to purchase replacement parts.

  • AvaMix products can be purchased through WebstaurantStore and The Restaurant Store. These retailers will be able to provide you with product pricing.

  • In order to keep our product pricing low and fulfill orders quickly for customers, no custom colors, sizing, or voltages are available.

  • Many AvaMix products are NSF compliant. All of our units are intended for use in a commercial setting. Our standard blenders are listed with NSF, while our food processors, milkshake machines, and juicers are certified through ETL, a division of Intertek Group, a major testing agency.

  • We do not ship or sell directly to the public or other businesses. Our distributors Webstaurant Store and The Restaurant Store do sell to select overseas locations. Please note that our warranties are only valid in the contiguous United States.

Product Questions

  • For proper blending, load the jar with liquid and soft ingredients on the bottom and hard and frozen ingredients on top to avoid cavitation and ensure a consistent and smooth texture.

  • Due to ginger's hard texture, it is not recommended to use this blender for ginger.

  • For best results, we do not recommend using this blender to make hummus. This blender is designed to make various drinks, juices, smoothies, soups, and sauces such as salsa.

  • For proper blending, load the jar with liquid and soft ingredients on the bottom and hard and frozen ingredients on top to avoid cavitation and ensure a consistent and smooth texture.

  • A ripe tomato will be too soft and delicate to slice in this food processor.

  • While using soft-serve ice cream is preferable with this machine, you may also use hard ice cream with a generous amount of milk.

  • These machines can handle light use with crushed mix-in ingredients like crushed peanut butter cups, M&M's, etc. It is not designed to pulverize or crush ingredients while blending. For heavier-duty drink mixers that are designed for frequent use with mix-ins, please refer to our array of mix-in blenders.

  • It is not necessary to press down with force when juicing.

  • Due to the metal construction of their drive components, blender jars are a hand wash-only item. They should not be run through a dishwasher, and care should be taken to avoid directly spraying the bottom of the container with a high-pressure pre-rinse faucet. For best results, clean the bottom of the jar with a washcloth and a mild detergent or sanitizer when needed.

  • Remove the shaft or whisk attachment from the motor head and rinse under running water. Reattach and immerse the shaft approximately ¾ of the length in a container of washing solution and run for 2 minutes on high. Use a damp cloth or sponge to clean the motor head. Never put the motor or attachments in a commercial dishwasher or submerge them in water.
